Anja Brierley Lange (BSc, PGDip Ayurveda) is an experienced yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner and teacher trainer. She has specialised in yoga and Ayurveda relating to female anatomy and physiology. Since 2013 she has been training yoga teachers in pregnancy and postnatal yoga as well as Ayurveda.
