She has written three self-help books including, The Ultimate Anxiety Toolkit and The Ultimate Time Management Toolkit, which have been translated into different languages, as well as the pop culture book, Cinescopes: What Your Favorite Movies Reveal About You (Quirk Books). She's been featured as an expert in Business Insider, Wired Magazine, Marie Claire, and HuffPost and she has written articles for Breathe Magazine and Cultural Daily. She's also a university professor in Los Angeles and the host of The Motivation Mindset Podcast, which features her productivity tools.
