The activities include cognitive and gross and fine motor development. At each month level there are activities using toys, activities which do not require materials, and activities with homemade toys. Illustrated activity sheets can be printed from the accompanying CD-ROM and left with the parents. The instructions and illustrations convey as much information about the activity as possible, and which reinforce both the parent's involvement in the programme and the specifics of good parent-infant interaction.
